JEE Main 2026 Registration Live

National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon start the JEE Main 2026 registration process. The link will be activated at jeemain.nta.nic.in, and all eligible candidates are required to apply online only. After the release of JEE Main application form, students have to apply on the official website. Early registration will also increase your chances of getting your preferred testing centre. Before applying, candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria.

Officials urged students to update and renew their documents before the registration process. All candidates should check their Aadhar Card details, Caste Certificate details and UDID Card. In case of any error, candidates have to correct the documents. Speculations about removing the option of JEE Main exam city for applicants during registration have been rejected. NTA has clarified that the JEE Main 2026 notification is not linked to exam center allotment.

JEE Main 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be Indian citizens. Foreign nationals, NRIs, PIOs (Persons of Indian Origin), and OCIs (Overseas Citizens of India) can also apply.

1. Candidates must have completed or appearing in 12th class.
2. There is no age limit for JEE Mains.
3. There is no minimum marks required in class 12th to appear in JEE Mains.
4. Candidates can appear for JEE Mains for three consecutive years from the year of passing 12th class.
