The authority has extended the last date of reporting for JEECUP 2025 Round 5 counselling to August 20, 5pm. Candidates being offered seats in Round 5 counselling in JEECUP 2025 will have to bring some documents while reporting. Check the list of documents required below.
JEECUP 2025 Round 5 Counselling
The authority of Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has extended the last date of college reporting for JEECUP 2025 Round 5 counselling. Candidates allotted seats in this round now have more time upto August 20, 2025 (5 pm) to report to the allotted institutes and complete admission process. It is mandatory for reporting at allotted institute by students to confirm admission process. Reporting involves verification of documents at institute level and confirmation of acceptance of seat by student. This extension provided by council will provide relief for students who could not come before the last date and are in risk of loss allotted seat.
Documents Needed at the Time of Reporting
Candidates must bring the documents listed below in original version along with self-attested copy of the documents:
- JEECUP 2025 Rank Card and Admit Card
- Seat Allotment Letter of Round 5
- Provisional Allotment /Admission Card downloaded from counseling portal
- Class 10th and Class 12th mark sheets and certificates (if applicable)
- Certificate entitled {Category/Reservation} (if applicable)
- Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate and Character Certificate
- Recent passport size photographs
- Fee Payment receipt/Bank Challan
Candidates who do not report till August 20th (by 5 PM) would lose the seat allocated and would be discontinued from admission process. All points must be submitted in original version for verification process. Any misinformation in the documents may lead to cancellation of candidature. Candidates are suggested to maintain additional photocopies of the documents for record purpose for the institute.
