JEECUP Counselling 2025 LIVE: UP Polytechnic Round 1 Seat Matrix Released

The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh, has commenced the UP Polytechnic counselling registration for round 1 today, June 27, 2025. The JEECUP round 1 seat matrix is declared by the authorities. Candidates who have cleared the JEECUP exam 2025 are eligible to register themselves for JEECUP counselling 2025 at the official website i.e. jeecup.admissions.nic.in.

The link to option entry and careful examination facilities for applicants is open till July 2, 2025. The JEECUP 2025 seat allotment will take place on July 3, 2025.

JEECUP Counselling 2025: Documents Required

For the JEECUP 2025 counseling, candidates must bring the documents listed below.

1. JEECUP admit card
2. JEECUP rank card 2025
3. JEECUP counselling allotment letter
4. Qualifying exam mark sheets and certificates
5. Character certificate
6. Migration certificate (if applicable)
7. Reservation certificate (if applicable)
8. Two photographs
9. Domicile certificate
10. Two sets of photocopies of the above-mentioned documents

What after the JEECUP 2025 counselling?

Firstly, the candidates must enter the choice of courses and colleges of their preferences after being fully registered for the JEECUP counselling 2025. After the candidates' choices are frozen, the exam conducting bodies will allot the seats to the candidates based on their preferences and merit. There will be 7 rounds of which the seat allotment will be notified. Candidates who have been allotted a seat are required to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs. 3000. The last step is to conduct JEECUP document verification by the conducting authorities offline. The candidates are required to be physically present at the assigned institutes and show the hard copies of the uploaded documents for verification.

Attention: If any candidate is not present at the designated institute for JEECUP 2025 document verification, their admission will be forfeited.
