JKBOSE Class 10, 11 Bi-Annual Exams 2025 Postponed: Schools Shut in Jammu Division Today

JKBOSE Class 10th and 11th Part 1 Biannual Exam 2025, scheduled to be held today, 27th August, has been postponed due to rain warning. Schools, colleges and other educational institutions will also remain closed today in Jammu division due to flood and rain warning.

JKBOSE Class 10th and 11th Part 1 Private Biannual Exam 2025: Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has postponed JKBOSE Class 10th and 11th Part 1 Private Biannual Exam. As per the notification released, the exams scheduled to be held today, 27th August, have been postponed. Candidates are advised to check the official website for the revised schedule of the cancelled exam.

The official notification said that the Secondary School Examination (Class 10) and Higher Secondary Examination Part 1, (Class 11) Session Annual (Private) Biennial 2025 examinations scheduled to be held on August 27, 2025 for Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh have been postponed due to the ongoing bad weather and flood situation in parts of Jammu and Kashmir. The revised schedule of the postponed examinations will be announced soon.

According to the official notification issued, all government and private schools in Jammu division will remain closed on August 27. This is the third consecutive day of school closure in Jammu division. Schools in the region have been closed since August 25 due to continuous rain, cloudburst and flood-like situation.
