JoSAA 2025 Guidance Live Updates: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) is providing guidance for candidates with JEE Main 2025 and JEE Advanced 2025 ranks for admission to IITs/NITs/IIITs/GFTIs. Registration for JoSAA 2025 is open at josaa.nic.in. In addition to registration for JoSAA 2025, the selection process is also underway. The last date for completing registration and selection for JoSAA 2025 is June 12.

The registration link for JoSAA 2025 counseling is below. This year, JoSAA counseling will be conducted in six rounds. Admission to IITs will be based on the JEE Advanced 2025 ranking, while for NITs, IIESTs, IIITs, and other GFTIs, admission will be based on the JEE Main 2025 ranking.

JoSAA Counselling 2025 Registration and Choice Filling

1. To begin JoSAA counseling, candidates must log in with their JEE Main 2025 application number and password (if you have registered for JEE Advanced 2025, use the JEE Advanced 2025 password; otherwise, use the JEE Main 2025 password).
2. Once this is done, verify the OTP sent to the mobile number and email registered for JEE Main 2025. Next, review the displayed data, edit, and save any information if necessary. Finally, confirm the registration. Once confirmed, the JoSAA registration process will be complete, and you will be able to access the steps to complete the options.

JoSAA Counselling 2025: Important Documents and Certificates Needed

For JoSAA counseling, candidates must have important documents ready. What is a Medical Certificate in JoSAA counselling 2025?

Candidates must submit a medical certificate according to the format set out in the JoSAA information leaflet, Annex 7 (page 100). They must download and complete the form. Scan it and upload it, if necessary, to the JoSAA portal. They must also retain a hard copy.

What is a State of Eligibility Proof in JoSAA counselling 2025?

The eligible state is the state where the candidate passed the 10+2 exam or equivalent. For JoSAA 2025 orientation, candidates must submit the following documents:

1. Grade 12 Pass Certificate (or equivalent) or Grade 12 Pass Certificate (either may be submitted).
2. Students attending NIOS or other boards may present their Grade 12 admit card or ID card, indicating the school location.
3. Students who completed Grade 12 abroad, in Nepal, or in Bhutan may present their passport, indicating their permanent address in India.
