Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will close the option entry window for Karnataka PGCET 2024 today, November 11, at 10 am. Candidates who have not yet submitted their syllabus and college preferences must proceed to access the PGCET option entry link before the deadline.
The options entry process was initially scheduled to end on November 8. However, due to numerous requests from candidates, the PGCET option entry link had to be reopened from November 9 to 11.
KEA will declare the Karnataka PGCET mock seat allotment result after 6 pm today. PGCET mock seat allotment result options are based on the course and college preferences submitted by the candidates during the entry process.
After the release of the mock allotment result, KEA will provide a window for the candidates to edit their choices. This will be the last opportunity for the candidates to make any changes in their preferences before the first round seat allotment process.
The results of the first round of seat allotment will be declared by KEA on the basis of final choices submitted by the candidates and their rank in the PGCET entrance exam.
KEA had earlier announced a separate schedule for mock allotment and option editing process. However, due to the extension of the option entry window, the overall allocation schedule is likely to change. KEA has not yet released the revised schedule for the first seat allotment result and subsequent procedures.
