Karnataka PGCET 2024: Second Round Allotment Dates to Be Expected Soon

KEA will soon announce the PGCET 2024 counselling date. Candidates, who are not allotted in the first round or those selected with choices 2 and 3, are eligible for Karnataka PGCET 2nd round counselling.

Karnataka Examinations Authority, the conducting body of the PGCET exam and MBA admissions across the state, will shortly release the second allotment schedule. Karnataka PGCET counselling dates for 2nd round allotment can be obtained on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea. The first round of counselling started on October 30 with choice-filling. All candidates who were allotted a seat under the PGCET allotment in the first round had to report to the allotted college by today.

Candidates who have not been allotted any seat during the first round of allotment will be considered for allotment in the second round of Karnataka PGCET counselling. Candidates allotted a seat but admitted for an upgrade within the second round will also be considered for the allotment.

Karnataka PGCET counselling for the second allotment round may begin this week. During the previous admission season, KEA had begun the option entry for PGCET 2nd round two days after the admission order download window was closed. So, the option entry for the second round of PGCET can be expected to begin today, Monday, i.e. November 25. KEA is yet to notify the Karnataka PGCET counselling date of 2024.

The Karnataka PGCET seat matrix will be published by KEA, the conducting body for Karnataka PGCET counselling, on the second round counselling date after filling up the first-round allotted seats.
