Karnataka PGCET 2025 Final Round Counselling Dates OUT: Option Entry Begins from November 4

KEA has released the schedule for Karnataka PGCET Round 3 counselling. Candidates will receive the seat matrix on November 4. The PGCET option entry window for eligible candidates will remain open until November 6.

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Counseling

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the details for Karnataka PGCET Round 3 counselling. Candidates will receive the Karnataka PGCET Round 3 seat matrix after 11:00 AM on November 4. Along with the release of the seat matrix, KEA will begin the Karnataka PGCET final round option entry process. The last date to complete the Karnataka PGCET option entry process is November 6. Candidates will receive the Karnataka PGCET third seat allotment results (provisional) on November 7. The final seat allotment for Karnataka PGCET Round 3 will be released on November 8.

KEA has set November 13th as the last date for reporting to the allotted colleges.

Karnataka PGCET Round 3 Counseling 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who failed to secure a seat in the first or second round of Karnataka PGCET counseling are eligible for the third round of counseling. However, candidates participating in the third round of counseling must deposit a caution deposit of INR 25,000. The Karnataka PGCET caution deposit can be paid from November 4th to November 6th, 6 PM.

The caution deposit submitted by the candidate will be adjusted against the fees payable by the selected candidates. If a candidate does not report to the allotted college or fails to pay the fees after allotment, the caution deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation of Seats from Previous Rounds of PGCET Counselling

Candidates who wish to cancel their seat after being allotted one in the previous round of Karnataka PGCET counselling can do so by visiting the KEA office on or before November 6th. These candidates will receive a refund of their fees after a deduction of INR 10,000.
