Candidates who have qualified the KCET 2025 test will have a chance to engage themselves in the counseling process. As per the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), the KCET 2025 counselling schedule will be shared in a few days. The original KCET 2025 verification slip was released on June 23, 2025. Contestants must get it downloaded and then verify the information printed. The verification slip will be available for the candidates to alter from July 1 to 4, 2025, which can be downloaded as the new verification slip after July 5, 2025.
After the publication of the merit lists, candidates can choose their interested courses & colleges through the candidate portal/option entry. Accordingly, the officials will provide the college and course-based on the reservation and the order of preference entered by the candidate. The KCET 2025 counselling procedure will include steps like registration, choice filling, and document verification, introducing seat allocation and admission.
The process to get admission through KCET 2025 counselling is:
Step 1 - The candidates will have to check their documents and enroll themselves at the institution.
Step 2 - The candidate can enter their most desired courses in the institute's list and finalize it only after the verification and registration process. The preference can no longer be changed after locking it.
Step 3 - The mock seat allotment result of KCET 2025 will be published according to the candidate's merit and preferences of the seats. Candidates can make changes in their choices and verify the allotment status by logging in the CET number. The rounds include two allotment rounds, a second extended round, and a special round.
Step 4 - Candidates will make sure to visit the college that has been allotted to them for the purpose of the admission procedure by the date of the last day of KCET document verification 2025.
