MAH BBA CET 2025 CAP Round 3 

State CET Cell, Maharashtra, announced the CAP round 3 provisional allotment on September 23, 2025, and seat acceptance began on September 24, 2025. The candidates may accept the seats available in CAP Round 3 of MAH BBA CET counselling until September 26, 2025, until 3 PM. Seat Acceptance Rules for CAP Round 3 of MAH BBA CET 2025

Candidates must follow the rules mentioned below for the MAH BBA CET CAP Round 3 counselling 2025:

1. All the candidates who are eligible and have appeared in Round 3 and have been allotted the seats for the first time must self-verify the allotment of the seat, accept the seat and pay the seat acceptance fee in online mode through his/her login.
2. If the candidate has been assigned the seat in his/her first six preferences, the assignment will be auto-frozen, and they must pay the seat acceptance fee online through the candidate login. These candidates will not be eligible to take part in the next CAP rounds.
3. If the candidate has been allocated the seats outside of their first six preferences and has frozen their allocation in Round 3 may pay the seat acceptance charge online following acceptance. Such candidates will also not be in a position to take part in subsequent CAP rounds.
4. If the candidate has been assigned a seat beyond the first six, then for betterment, they can opt for the Not Freeze/ Betterment option in the next rounds. Nonetheless, they have to pay the seat acceptance fee online.

Once the seats are accepted, the candidates must visit the institute and get confirmation of admission. The institute will check the necessary documents, i.e., past academic marksheets, MAH BBA CET scorecard, admit card, etc. and post the admission of the candidates on the website. The authorities will then provide a system-generated receipt of confirmation of admission and a fee paid receipt to the candidate.
