MHT CET 2025 PCM group exam is being conducted today in two shifts: the first one from 9 am to 12 pm and the other one from 2 pm to 5 pm. The candidate needs updates about the exam times, exam centers, passing marks, cut-off, the colleges that are participating in the exam, etc.
The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has started the MHT CET 2025 exam for the physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) group on day 1 at 9 a.m. today, April 19. It is suggested that the candidates for the exam have their MHT CET 2025 PCM admit card and a valid ID for verification at the exam center.
MHT CET 2025 PCM is a computer-based test that is going to be split into two shifts: time 1, which is from 9 am to 12 pm, and time 2, from 2 pm to 5 pm.
The students should ensure they are at the location of the MHT CET 2025 PCM 2025 admit card at minimum 30 minutes before the start of the examination to have enough time to solve the problem of non-visible details due to logistics and alleged
Female candidates are recommended to wear simple clothes in the test area. They are also prohibited from wearing any type of jewelry, clothes with many pockets, or metal buttons. Male candidates too should not have anything with them that may look gadgety, such as keys, bags, or any metal objects, since trackers are getting more and more sophisticated. Candidates should prefer to be dressed in simple clothes like foundations, t-shirts, kurtas, and pants. Chappals and sandals would be the best suitable footwear for the candidates.
Candidates are free to take whatever they need for the exam to the exam centre except for electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, Bluetooths, digital watches, iPods, etc, to the MHT CET 2025 exam centre.
Candidates will be provided with 90 minutes for each section, which will consist of multiple-choice questions. Each physics and chemistry question carrying a correct response will give one mark to the candidates, and every correct answer of maths for two marks will be given. In the MHT CET 2025 PCM exam, there is no negative marking.

MHT CET 20% syllabus for 11th question paper is derived from the 11th Class syllabus, and 80% of questions from the 12th Class Maharashtra syllabus.
The MHT CET 2025 exam pattern for PCM states that the exam will be a computer-based test for 3 hours. The paper will have two parts – Physics & Chemistry and Mathematics. In the first 90 minutes, only the physics & chemistry section will be open, and after 90 minutes, it will be closed automatically. The mathematics part will have to be the last one to be handled by the candidates in the next 90 minutes.
