How to Download NEET Answer Key 2025 and OMR Response Sheets

The procedure to check and download NEET 2025 answer key and OMR response sheet is given below.

1. Visit the official website of NEET 2025 - neet.nta.nic.in
2. Click on the link showing NEET 2025 OMR sheet and NEET 2025 official answer key
3. Log in with NEET 2025 application number and password, or date of birth and security pin
4. Download the OMR sheet and set-wise NEET 2025 answer key (provisional)
5. Compare the recorded responses from your OMR sheet and answer key

NEET 2025 Official Answer Key: NTA marking scheme, result date

Earlier, the NEET UG exam was conducted for over 24 lakh candidates on May 5 last year. The provisional answer key was uploaded on May 29 and the challenge window was open till May 31. The result was declared on June 4. After the controversy, the re-exam was conducted on June 23. The date for challenging the provisional answer key of the re-exam was June 28 to 29. The final results were declared on July 26.

How To Challenge NEET UG 2025 Answer Key

1. Visit the official website, neet.nta.nic.in
2. Click on “Display OMR Answer Sheet/Challenge Recorded Response and Answer Key”.
3. Log in using your application number and password.
4. Enter the captcha code and submit.
5. Under the “Correct Option” column, you will see the option considered correct by NTA.
6. To challenge a question, choose your preferred option from the four options provided.
7. Upload supporting documents in a single PDF file by clicking on “Choose File”.
8. Scroll down and click on “Save Your Claim”.
9. Review all your challenged questions and selected options.
10. Click on “Save Your Claim and Finally Pay Fee”.
11. Choose the payment method and pay Rs 200 per question.
12. After successful payment, download/print the receipt for your records.
