The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) initiated the correction process for the NEET PG 2025 form today, June 20, 2025. Students who wish to amend the information included in their application form for the National Eligibility, Entrance Examination, Postgraduate (NEET-PG) can now edit their forms online from the official website. The NEET PG 2025 form correction link is available at natboard.edu.in for all registered candidates.

The NEET PG 2025 correction window is open until June 22, 2025. However, students should note that corrections will be allowed for six items on the NEET PG 2025 application form. 2. Click on the "Exam" section and then on the "NEET PG Exam" tab.
3. Click on the "Applicant Login" section.
4. Log in with the assigned credentials and make any necessary changes.
5. Click "Save and Next" after each change.
6. Click "Save" to obtain the revised NEET PG 2025 application form.
7. Download the revised application form and save it for future reference.
