The Supreme Court of India will hear the NEET PG 2025 answer key petition in two weeks. The Supreme Court has given NBEMS two weeks to file a response. The Supreme Court will hear the NEET PG 2025 Supreme Court petition seeking transparency in the National Postgraduate Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET PG) exam on a priority basis.
The Supreme Court hearing on NEET PG 2025 will also be against the 'correction notice' issued by the National Board of Medical Examinations (NBEMS), which mentioned the question ID numbers, correct answer keys and responses. Reportedly, NEET PG candidates referred to the release of the answer key as 'vague' answer key, claiming that the release of NEET PG answer key 2025 was a mere formality by NBEMS and was "opaque, vague and incapable of meaningful verification."

The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) will announce the dates and schedule for NEET PG 2025 counseling for All India Quota (AIQ) MD and MS seats across the country. The committee will soon release the round-wise NEET PG counseling 2025 dates on its web portal. Students will be able to view the round-wise registration dates, choice filling dates, seat allocation dates, and admission deadlines on mcc.nic.in.
The Supreme Court will now hear the NEET PG 2025 case after two weeks. A bench of Justices J.B. Pardiwala and K.V. Vishwanathan will hear a petition filed by 14 NEET PG students, who have urged the court to direct the National Board of Secondary Education (NBE) to release the NEET PG question papers and bring further clarity to the entire examination process.
