The Supreme Court of India will hear the NEET PG 2025 answer key transparency plea on September 12, 2025. NEET PG 2025 Supreme Court Hearing The Supreme Court will hear on Friday, i.e., September 12, 2025, a plea seeking more transparency in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) exam and providing NEET PG question paper instead of question ID. Meanwhile, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to release the NEET PG 2025 counselling dates and schedule soon on the official website mcc.nic.in. 

NEET PG 2025 SC Hearing: What is the Case? 

Several NEET PG aspirants filed a petition seeking assistance from the Supreme Court to order the National Board of Medical Examinations (NBEMS) to release the NEET PG question paper 2025. The students claimed that the answer key released by NBEMS was 'ambiguous' and they were not able to find the exact question matching their answers. Also, the students argued that non-disclosure of the question paper and the entire question was a violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

NEET PG 2025 Counselling Dates Soon

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is responsible for conducting NEET PG counselling 2025 for All India Quota (AIQ) MD, MS seats across India. The authorities have released the NEET PG merit list 2025 for 50% AIQ seats. Students whose names are in the NEET PG 2025 AIQ merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
