Eligibility Criteria for Special Stray Vacancy Round Counseling

1. The candidates who have registered for the Special Stray Vacation Round.
2. Candidates who joined/secured any seat at the time of the Special Stray Vacancy Round are not eligible.
3. Candidates assigned a seat in Round 3, Stray Round, and not reported are not qualified for this round.

Guidelines for Candidates

1. If a candidate is allocated a seat in the Special Stray Vacancy round, he has to join the allocated seat/college. If the candidate does not join the allotted seat, he/she shall be debarred from the NEET exam for 01 Year along with forfeiture of fees.
2. Upgradation is not allowed in Special Stray Vacancy Round counseling.
3. The candidates who will be assigned seats by MCC in the Special Stray Vacancy Round of All India Quota will be debarred from the Punjab State Special Stray Vacation Round.
