NEET SS 2024 Round 1 Counselling: Institute Reporting Deadline Extended

The NEET SS 2024 first round report submission process has been extended to 5:00 PM on May 28, 2025. The original deadline was May 26, 2025. The NEET SS 2024 first round report submission process began on May 23, 2025.

Announcing the extension of the deadline for submitting NEET SS 2024 first round reports, the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) stated: "For the information of all super-specialty candidates, due to the large number of applications received, the competent authority has decided to extend the deadline for submitting SS 2024 first round reports to 5:00 PM on May 28, 2025."

Documents Required for NEET SS 2024 Institute Reporting Process

Candidates reporting to the assigned institute for seat confirmation must carry the following documents with them:

1. Provisional seat allocation letter issued by the MCC
2. NEET SS 2024 Admit Card
3. NEET SS 2024 Rank or Result Letter
4. MBBS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate
5. MD/MS/DNB Degree Certificate in the relevant field
6. MBBS/MD/MS/DNB Permanent Registration Certificate issued by the MCI or NBE/State Medical Council. Students who have completed or are completing postgraduate studies before April 30 of the admission year may apply for a provisional certificate.
7. Bachelor's/Higher Secondary School Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth.
8. A valid, current, government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar card, voter ID card, PAN card, passport, driving license, etc.

The results of the first round of NEET SS 2024 counseling were announced on May 21, 2025. A total of 5,314 candidates were allotted seats.

The second round of NEET SS 2024 counseling will begin on June 2, 2025. MCC has announced three counseling rounds, the number of which may vary depending on the vacancy.
