NEET UG Counselling 2025: Round 1 Seat Matrix Released by MCC – Check Details

The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has released the seat matrix for the first round of the NEET 2025 Degree Counseling program, thus initiating the formal admission process for MBBS and BDS courses at participating institutions. The registration period for the first round of counseling, which began on July 21, will remain open until July 28, 2025. The MCC will conduct the counseling process in three main rounds, followed by a vacancy round to fill the remaining seats.

The NEET UG 2025 counselling is being held for various quotas and institutions across India, including:

1. 15% of the All India Quota (AIQ) MBBS/BDS seats for states (except Jammu and Kashmir, subject to its participation)
2. 100% of the AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) seats nationwide
3. 100% of the MBBS/BDS seats at Banaras Hindu University (BHU)
4. 100% of the seats at JIPMER campuses in Puducherry and Karaikal
5. 100% of the MBBS/BDS seats at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU)
6. 85% of the state quota seats at Delhi University (DU), IP University (VMMC/ABVIMS/ESIC Dental)
7. 100% of the seats at Jamia Millia Islamia Dental College, including a 5% internal quota for Jamia students
8. 15% of the IP quota seats at State Employee Insurance Corporation (ESIC)

NEET UG 2025: Seat allotment result on July 31

The NEET UG 2025 Round 1 seat allocation result will be declared on July 31, 2025. Candidates who are allotted seats must proceed with document verification and submit reports to their respective universities as per the schedule published by MCC.
