The NMDC offers fully funded nursing education to tribal girls in the districts of Bastar, Dantewada, Sukma, Kondagaon, Bijapur, and Narayanpur as part of its flagship program. Interested students can apply by June 28, 2025.
Qualified students can apply to the program to study GNM (3 years) and B.Sc. Nursing (4 years) at recognized universities, including KIMS College of Nursing in Hyderabad, Apollo School of Nursing, and Yashoda School of Nursing.
There are a total of 90 places available for the GNM and 110 for the Bachelor of Nursing in the sponsored program. With an expected investment of INR 12 to 15 lakhs per student, the program covers all educational expenses, including tuition, accommodation, and other academic fees.
In addition, the authorities also offer a medical technology program for low-income children. A total of 90 spots are available. Interested students can complete and submit applications by June 30, 2025.
