OJEE 2024 Final Seat Allotment Today: Check Status, Reporting & Document Verification Process

New Delhi: Odisha Joint Entrance Examination OJEE Board will announce the final round of OJEE 2024 counselling seats for BTech, BArch, BPlan and BCAT Integrated MSc today, August 29. Candidates who have come into the final round of counselling can check the status at the official website, ojee.nic.in.

According to the guidance process, students who are still at the bottom should then take the allotment order and report to the selected institution. Freshers need to select the freeze option and submit their required documents, and they have to enrol in the fee to confirm their seat.

The reserving salary for a seat is Rs 10,000 for a candidate under the general category and Rs 5,000 for SC, ST, and PT candidates. Payment can be made online through BILLDESK, HDFC, or SBI portal through net banking, debit, or credit card. In case of non-joining the applicant to the finally allotted institution, the tuition fee paid will be deducted.

Documents will be verified, and in case of any problem, the candidates will be informed through email and SMS. Candidates should fill in all the questions asked by the document verification officer within the stipulated time limit. Otherwise, the document verification will be cancelled, and then the allotted seat will be withdrawn.

An applicant will not be entitled to withdraw from the fellowship even if he is dissatisfied with the award or otherwise. To sit for counselling, the candidate should appear with their credentials follow the withdrawal process, and in addition, should not have completed the counselling process to be eligible for the full refund of the applied admission fee. The reimbursement will be initiated only after completion of the counselling process.

The following documents are to be uploaded by the candidates for OJEE 2024 verification:

1. OJEE 2024 Mark Card
2. HSC and other relevant certificates showing date of birth
3. 12th Marks Photograph
4. Acceptance Certificate of Class 12
5. House Certificate or Family Certificate
6. Caste Certificate, if any
7. Income Certificate for TFW Applicants
8. EWS Certificate
9. Green Card issued by Family Welfare Department
10. Employment Certificate for Main Applicant
11. Support Certificate for Writing Odia Writing (OL)
