PGIMER BSc Nursing Exam 2025

PGIMER BSc Nursing Exam 2025 was organized by the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, on July 27, 2025. The exam was organized to screen applicants for admission to BSc Nursing (4 Years) female only, and BSc Nursing (Post-Basic) for registered nurses possessing GNM diploma. The BSc nursing exam was organized in morning shift from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Those candidates who took the exam expressed it was a "Moderately difficult" exam.

Total, PGIMER BSc Nursing exam was conducted for 90 minutes. It contains 100 MCQs. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, General Knowledge/Current Affairs questions were asked in the exam. According to each correct answer marking scheme, +1 will be awarded and -0.25 will be penalized for selecting an incorrect option.

The paper was fairly challenging. Time Management was challenging with the 90 minutes for 100 questions. Physics had a few application-based questions, therefore the exam appeared to be challenging.

Know Expected Result Date 2025

PGIMER Chandigarh will publish a provisional answer key of the candidates first. There will be an objection raising window during which a chance will be provided to the candidates to raise objections against the answer key. The final answer key will be released on the official website along with the result.

The PGIMER BSc nursing 2025 result will be declared on August 9, 2025 as per estimation. Counselling will then be conducted for seat allotment. The counselling window will be opened from August 11, 2025 as per the official guideline.Admission to the PGIMER BSc nursing course would be reserved for female candidates only.
