The counselling process will be conducted in a rank-wise manner. Candidates will be intimated of their reporting schedule based on their rank on the merit list. During counselling, candidates must be present in person along with the following documents:

Ans: While attending counselling in person is highly recommended, candidates with genuine reasons for absence can authorize a representative to attend on their behalf. A written authorization letter and attested copies of the candidate's and representative's identity proofs are mandatory in such cases.
Ques: What happens if I don't participate in counselling?
Ans: Skipping counselling will be considered a withdrawal of your interest in admission. Your seat will be allotted to the next eligible candidate.
