PUBDET 2025 Counselling: General Instructions Regarding Documents

Candidates are required to strictly adhere to the following instructions while preparing their documents for admission:

1. Candidates are required to bring original documents for the PUBDET counselling, i.e. confirmation page, admit card, rank card, caste/category/residence/income certificate, etc.
2. Documents generated by the portal must be printed and submitted through the 'Print' link.
   Screenshots, images of the screen, photos taken/stored by/in mobile phones, etc. cannot be accepted.

PUBDET Counselling Process: Key Points

All the applicants are required to ensure the following points for counselling process of PUBDET 2025:

1. The candidate's personal details on the confirmation page, admit card and rank card would be exactly as written on the online application form. In case the candidate has filled the information regarding a personal detail incorrectly, the board is not liable for any erroneous action.
2. The verification of all the personal details will only be done by the allotted institute during counselling or admission.
3. If for any reason the candidate is unable to report or he/she is in trouble during the admission period (because of the reason of his/her personal details filled wrongly at the time of application), the board is unable to extend any kind of help or offer a correction letter.
4. Once the counselling is completed, rank card and OMR images will not be downloaded. Candidates must keep them safe for future purposes.
5. This facility of applying for duplicate admit card, rank card etc will only be possible till the counselling ends or within 60 days of the declaration of result.
6. Candidates should have to pay a processing fee of Rs 500 per document as a bank draft in favour of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board” payable at Kolkata.
