About RUHS Counselling Process 2025

The RUHS counseling program is offered for admission to the Bachelor of Nursing program, offered by more than 100 universities in the state of Rajasthan. The counseling process includes:

1. Registration and choice filling
2. Seat allotment based on merit and preferences
3. Allotment letter download
4. Reporting to the allotted college with documents

Candidates are advised to have all necessary documents ready and report to their assigned universities within the deadline to confirm their placement at their assigned institute.

Important RUHS Counselling Guidelines to Remember

RUHS guidelines to remember at the time of joining:

1. If the candidates do not join at the allotted college and deposit fees up to the stipulated date, his/her allotment will be cancelled.
2. If, after the Round 1 allotment result, the candidate did not join/report at the allotted college, then he/she will not be eligible to participate in RUHS Round 2
3. Those candidates who will join the college after the RUHS Round 1 allotment result will be considered for upgradation in Round 2
4. Candidates not holding any seat at the end of round 2 will be eligible to participate in round 3 (mop-up round) for all the faculty courses.
