SBI PO Result 2025 Prelims Live Updates: State Bank of India (SBI) is expected to declare the SBI PO Prelims Result soon. The result will be declared on the official website sbi.co.in. However, the direct link to check the SBI PO result will be provided on this page. Candidates can check their result by logging in with the registration number, roll number, date of birth or password. The SBI PO Prelims Result will display the qualifying status of the candidates for the next round. Along with the result, the SBI PO Prelims Cut Off for various categories will also be released.

The step to download the SBI PO Prelims Result have been provided below.
- Go to the official SBI website
- Candidates have to go to the 'Current Openings' on the 'Join SBI' tab.
- Then go to the Recruitment of Probationary Officers tab
- Click on the 'SBI PO Result Link' from the drop-down
- Candidates then have to enter the required credentials
- Download the result and take a print out.
SBI PO Prelims Result 2025 Live Updates: What is the normalization process?
Normalization of SBI PO marks is done as follows:
- The original marks of all candidates will be calculated as the sum total of marks for questions answered correctly to each section of the examination.
- These original marks will then be transformed into scaled marks by a statistical process called equating. Equating is performed to ensure the examination will still be considered equally hard over different exam regimes.
- The scaled marks will then form the basis for calculating final marks of candidates, which will be used in selection and ranking.
