The Tata Institute of Social Sciences has announced PhD admission dates for the academic session 2024-25 on its official portal. Students willing to TISS PhD admission in 2024 can check the important dates here so that they do not miss any important updates. As per the schedule, the TISS PhD registration link is activated till December 4, 2024.

Students can fill out the application form online. It is, however, recommended that students must fill out the registration form at the earliest to avoid last-minute discrepancies. After completion of the TISS PhD 2024 registration process, the authorities will conduct the online personal interview on December 12, 13, 14 and 16, 2024.

Selection Criteria for TISS PhD admission 2024

Students must adhere to the selection criteria for TISS PhD admission 2024 here:

1. For Category 2 and 3 of UGC-NET 2024, 70% weightage is taken from their NET score and 30% weightage will be given to personal interviews.
2. For the students holding the JRF, selection will be made through personal interviews only.
3. Students need to upload their research proposal with a minimum of 2000 words on the proposed research and personal interview will be based on research subject only.
