TS EdCET 2025 Final Web Counselling Phase Announced

The notification for the last and second stage of TS EdCET 2025 Second & Final Phase Web Counselling in Telangana is available. The registration, uploading of documents and web options have to be done on the internet between 29 August and 7 September, 2025, for B.Ed admission. The seat allotment is to be made on 11 September 2025 at edcetadm.tgche.ac.in

TS EdCET 2025 Second & Final Phase Web Counselling

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has published the detailed notification for the last and second stage of web counselling for TS EdCET-2025 admissions into the two-year B.Ed course for the academic year- 2025-2026.

Candidates are also advised to visit edcetadm.tgche.ac.in often for real-time updates in regard to seat allotment, payment of tuition fee along with other instructions. Candidates are urged to ensure that they have typed all entries correctly, to regularly attend to all official notifications which may also change their allotment status and to not disregard the consequence of their errors as their seat allotment may be declared invalid.

This notification serves as the official call for web counselling; no individual call letters will be issued. Mere attendance does not guarantee a seat. Candidates already verified in Phase I may directly proceed with Phase II web options as per the schedule.

Who can participate in the second phase?

The following candidates can participate in the second phase:

1. Candidates who were allotted a seat in the first phase and want to shift to another college.
2. Candidates who participated in the first phase but did not get an allotted seat.
3. Candidates who were called, but did not register in the first phase.
4. Candidates who were allotted a seat, but did not report to the college.
5. Candidates who cancelled the admission after the first phase.

Important Rules of Participation

Choices from the first phase will not be carried over—candidates will have to make new choices.

1. If you wish to be allotted the same college you were made an allotment for in the first phase, you may choose to not participate in the second phase.
2. Candidates can still choose a college with no vacancy, because at some point there may be vacancy for somebody to be allotted due to seat change, cancellation or conversion.
3. Allotment in the second phase will cancel all previous claims to a seat. If you are allotted a new college and fail to report within the time limit set for new reporting—all allotments will get cancelled.

Registration Fees and Portal

1. You must register on edcetadm.tgche.ac.in.
2. There is no refund of ₹800 for OC/OBC candidates and ₹500 for SC/ST candidates as processing fee, and it can only be paid online through credit/debit.
