UP Board Compartment Exam 2025

The UP Board Class 10th, 12th Compartment Exam 2025 will be conducted by Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) on July 26, 2025. The examination will be conducted in two shifts in offline, pen-and-paper mode for students who want to improve their grades and did not meet the minimum marks necessary to pass the annual exams.

Earlier, the UP Board 10th, 12th Compartment Exams were to be conducted on July 19, 202,5, but these were officially postponed because of the processions of Kanwar yatra and the heavy footfall of pilgrims covering the whole state of Uttar Pradesh. This year, a total of 2.5 million class 10 students appeared for exams, with 2.3 million passing. For class 12, 2.6 million students took exams, and 2.1 million passed.

Candidates appearing for UP Board Class 10, 12 Compartment Exams 2025 should follow these guidelines developed to ensure transparency and avert malpractice in the UP Board compartment exams:

1. Candidates who are appearing for subjects that consist of both theory as well as practical must appear for both exam assessments.
2. For ensuring a hassle-free and fair conduct of the examination, candidates are advised against bringing electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, or any other electronic device to exam centres.
3. All the examination centres will be properly fitted with CCTV cameras, voice recorders, and routers to provide the minimum expectation of cheating.
4. Security staff and centre superintendents will search student entry and exit to prevent overcrowding.
