UPTAC 2025 Counselling Registration Deadline Today – What Happens After?

Applications for the UPTAC BTech 2025 counseling program close today, June 30. Candidates must complete the application process, pay the fee, and upload their documentation by today. This is the only opportunity to apply for regular UPTAC counseling rounds. Applications are not permitted for rounds 2, 3, and 4.

The registration process for UPTAC 2025 counseling begins with registration with your JEE Main 2025 application number (or the corresponding entrance exam application number), first name, last name, date of birth, and gender. A UPTAC counseling password is then created, the required details are filled in, the necessary documents are uploaded, and the counseling fee is paid. Applicants applying for UPTAC 2025 counseling can pay the application fee via online banking, debit card, or credit card. Candidates are advised to review the eligibility criteria before completing the UPTAC 2025 counseling application form. After registration, the examining authority will initiate the selection process.

What comes next in UPTAC Counselling 2025?

First round of selection: Candidates whose documents are properly verified will be able to submit their applications. The first round of UPTAC selection will take place from July 10th to 12th.

Candidates can select the branch and institute based on their qualifications and preferences. It is recommended to select only the branches or institutes they are interested in applying to. The list of available courses and institutes is displayed based on their entrance exam ranking. They can select and sort the options according to their preference. To complete the UPTAC 2025 selection, candidates must log in to the counseling portal using their JEE Main 2025 application number and UPTAC password.

Seat Allocation - Round 1: Once the selection process is completed according to the established schedule, automatic seat allocation for UPTAC 2025 is based on merit, with candidates receiving a seat based on their preference. The seat allocation result will be published on the website: uptac.admissions.nic.in. The result of the first round will be published on July 14.

Candidates can view their assigned spot from their login. After being assigned, they can choose to freeze or retain their spot by paying the acceptance fee.
