WBBSE Class 9 Form Correction 2025-26 Begins on November 6: Schools to Verify Student Details

The WBBSE Class 9 online registration form correction window will be open from November 6, 2025, to November 15, 2025. Schools can verify and edit student details for the Secondary Examination (SE) 2027 on the WBBSE portal.

WBBSE Class 9 Form Correction Process

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has announced the dates for the West Bengal Class 9 form correction on its official website. The online correction window for Class 9 student registration will open on November 6, 2025, and will remain open until November 15, 2025.

During this period, recognized secondary schools across the state of West Bengal must verify, correct, and download their students' registration data. This process is part of the preparatory steps for the WB Secondary Examination 2027. However, students will not be able to make changes to the form. Only authorized schools will have access to the portal.

Schools must carefully check their student records, including names, dates of birth, parents' names, photographs, and signatures. If there are any discrepancies in the details, schools must make the necessary corrections before the deadline. Schools have until November 15th to rectify the details. After the deadline, no changes will be permitted under any circumstances.

The board has instructed all affiliated secondary schools to carefully verify the details and make corrections as soon as possible. Incomplete or incorrect registration details may affect students' eligibility for the 2027 secondary examinations. Therefore, the submitted details must contain accurate information about the students.
