The last date for XAT 2026 registration is today. The deadline for filling out the XAT application form and paying the fee is 11:59 PM tonight. Candidates who have not yet registered for XAT should not miss the deadline, as no further extension is expected.

The XAT 2026 registration process began on July 10, 2025, and the last date to apply was December 5, 2025. The last date for the XAT 2026 application process was extended to December 11, 2025.

The XAT 2026 exam will be held on January 4, 2026. The exam will be conducted in approximately 109 cities. Candidates will be allotted a test center based on the city they selected in the XAT 2026 application form. Candidates can choose up to six cities for their test center. The location will be mentioned on the XAT 2026 admit card, which will be released on December 20, 2025.

Candidates must ensure they submit the XAT 2026 application form and pay the fees before the deadline. See the process below:

3. Enter your basic details and CAPTCHA code
4. Verify your login using the link sent to your email
5. You will be redirected to the XAT 2026 dashboard
6. Click on 'Application Form'
7. Enter your educational details, personal details, and work experience
8. Upload a passport-size photograph, scanned signature, and a photo ID
9. Select your test city

Pay the fees

The XAT application fee is INR 2200. Candidates who choose XLRI courses will have to pay an additional INR 200. The fee can be paid using a debit/credit card or net banking. The fee is non-refundable.
