Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria set by the respective universities or Colleges offering the B.Com LLB program. Generally, candidates should have completed their higher secondary education (10+2) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum specified percentage (usually around 45-50%).
Entrance Examinations: Many universities and colleges conduct entrance examinations for admission to the B.Com LLB program. These exams assess candidates' aptitude, reasoning skills, general knowledge, and legal awareness. Some well-known entrance exams for B.Com LLB include CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), AILET (All India Law Entrance Test), and SET Law (Symbiosis Entrance Test for Law).
Candidates need to fill out the application forms for the desired universities or colleges offering the B.Com LLB Courses. The forms are generally available online on the respective institution's website. As part of the application, candidates need to provide their personal information, and educational background and sometimes upload relevant documents.
For institutions that require an entrance exam, candidates' scores and ranks in these exams play a significant role in the selection process. Institutions may release merit lists based on these scores, and candidates are called for further rounds based on their ranks.
Counseling or Interview: Shortlisted candidates are usually required to participate in counseling sessions or interviews. These sessions help assess candidates' suitability for the program and provide them with information about the program's structure and expectations.

5. Domicile Certificate: State origin confirmation.
6. Character Certificate: Moral conduct verification.
7. Transfer & Migration Certificates: Previous institution confirmation.
8. Passport-sized Photographs: Usually a few.
9. Aadhar Card/ID Proof: Identity & address validation.
10. Residence Proof: Address verification.
11. Income Certificate: Fee concession or scholarships.
Based on entrance exam scores, ranks, and counseling performance, institutions allocate seats to candidates. Successful candidates are then offered admission to the B.Com LLB program.
Fee Payment: Once the admission offer is received, candidates need to pay the required fees within the specified timeframe to secure their seats in the program.
