JECRC University, Jaipur Scholarship

Only one Scholarship shall be awarded from S. No. 1 to 4 above, whichever is higher. Candidates must pay other applicable fees for their respective programs. They are required to maintain a minimum CGPA (SGPA in the 1st semester) of 8.0 in all semesters without having any compartment in any subject and achieve a minimum of 75% attendance in each subject. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the withdrawal of awarded scholarships. Scholarship reviews will be conducted at the end of every semester annually.

If a student's scholarship is withdrawn due to non-compliance with the minimum requirements mentioned above, it may be reinstated after review at the end of the subsequent even semester, provided the student fulfills the minimum maintenance criteria of 8.0 CGPA and 75% attendance in each course during the review period. It is important to note that no relaxation in terms of the minimum scholarship maintenance criteria will be granted. For instance, if a student's CGPA is 7.99 or lower or if attendance in any subject is equal to or less than 75%, the scholarship will be forfeited. Even if a student is permitted to sit for the end examination by relaxing the attendance requirement of a minimum of 75% in a particular course, they will not be eligible to continue receiving the scholarship.

Other conditions include that candidates who are receiving any form of financial assistance from the government or any other private organization for educational support are not eligible for the JECRC University Scholarship. The university reserves the right to discontinue the scholarship scheme at its discretion. The final decision regarding the awarding of scholarships will be made by the appropriate bodies of the university.
