What is Bachelor in Fisheries Sciences?

B.Sc Fisheries is four years of the undergraduate course. In this course, fish, ecosystems, diseases, their food, etc., are studied. It is the academic direction of fisheries management and knowledge. The concept of fishery resolves on aquaculture fields like nutrition, genetics, agriculture etc. Cure, canning, freezing, value addition, by-products and waste, quality assurance and certifying, microbiological fisheries, biochemistry fishing are involved in processing the fish.
