The B.A. (Hons.) History is a three-year undergraduate program that is the minimum requirement for which is a minimum of 10+2. The course aims to impart the students who are eligible with basic and advanced classes in the field of History as well as the ability to conduct research, analysis and quantitative reasoning, which are necessary for a solid foundation in understanding the Liberal Arts. History is the study of the development of human civilizations over the centuries i.e. from prehistoric times to current times.
The course provides a thorough review of the key historical events that took place both in India and around the globe. The cost of tuition by the university in India is between INR 8000 and 1.8 Lacs over 3 years.
Admission to B.A. (Hons.) The history course is determined by the student's success in an entrance test, like UGC-NET and the following counseling session However, the admissions process can differ between institutions.
