What is Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Cardiology/Cardiac Technology?
Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory
Technology or B.Sc MLT is an undergraduate course of 3-year. The students
studying this course are taught about various aspects of health care. It is a
paramedical curriculum that provides theoretical and practical expertise in the
diagnosis, prevention and treatment of various illnesses and health problems
using clinical laboratory testing. During the course, the students perform
various diagnostic analyses on body fluids, including bacteriology,
haematology, chemical, immunologic, and microscopic. The subjects taught in the
program are Diagnostic Molecular Biology Lab, Clinical Endocrinology &
Toxicology Lab and Diagnostic Cytology etc.
The course teaches
students about the many testing procedures used to conduct tests without making
mistakes, such as blood tests, blood typing, urine analysis, and other tests.
The course looks at how to use a clinical laboratory to diagnose a condition.
It is also based on
reports required to treat patients with the most advanced medical techniques
and facilities. Treatment in the modern era of medical science has been
entirely reliant on laboratory tests.
