Navnirman Arts Commerce and Science has been established with the noble cause of imparting higher education among the youth of the Kokan region and with a strong belief in serving society and improving the quality of life of the rural youth in particular. The Sanstha plans to open a chain of centers of higher learning throughout Maharashtra State especially for the benefit and upliftment of the underprivileged class of society.

The idea developed as a result of the factual data gathered by the office bearers of this Sanstha during the various types of constructive work in the educational field done by them for the social organization called "Rashtra Seva Dal' a movement dedicated to the cause of social and educational problems faced by the citizens, the students especially those belonging to the lower strata of society. Apart from the above most of the office bearers of the Sanstha have a long association with this social movement.

The college has computer systems with Local Area Networks. The laser printer, Scanner, Xerox Machine, and UPS system. 24 hrs Internet facility is provided by the students. A separate computer Lab for I. T. Students. We are also providing Interfacility for our students and staff members.

Library facilities are provided with the latest books & journals textbooks, CDs, and good reference books and materials prescribed in the curriculum of Higher Education and the University of Mumbai. Availability of the latest general knowledge books & Journals periodicals daily newspapers, and magazines enable the students to face competitive & entrance examinations and CET examinations. Access to question paper sets is available through the library, reading room facility is also available for students and staff separately. A well-stocked library with a seating capacity of 50 students and faculty members. The library is open for students and teaching faculty from 09.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m.

The College has an Auditorium with a seating capacity of 300 students and is available for seminars, debating, singing, etc. programs the audiovisual presentation for students given by the college.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. The College has Physics Lab. Chemistry Lab, Biology Lab, Geography Lab.

The college has a transport facility for students and staff.

Students have ample opportunities to participate in intercollegiate, zonal, interzonal, and Inter-University sports competitions in Kabaddi, Cricket, Volleyball, Kho - Kho, Trekking, Running, etc. They can also participate in annual sports competitions every year.

The College has a canteen situated on the front side of the college campus. Breakfast, Tea, Coffee, etc are available at subsidized rates in addition to UV-treated cold drinking water.
