Situated in the Sikar district of Rajasthan, Shri Taijal Teacher Training College was established in 2008. It is affiliated to Rajasthan University and approved by the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE). The College is co-educational and at present has a capacity of 100. The institute has a well-furnished campus. The whole campus is newly constructed and equipped with modern technologies. The infrastructure is divided into three parts-Administration, Academic and Management. Institute is equipped with all newly designed labs and surrounded by a garden. There are grounds for indoor as well as outdoor sports.

Students are encouraged to spend most of their spare time in the reading room. It also serves as a resource library for teaching staff. The college subscribes to relevant journals and magazines to provide current knowledge in the areas of science, political and social fields & technology to broaden their horizon.

As computer learning has become a part and parcel of modern education, the institute has a modern Computer Laboratory. Therefore, computer science is a compulsory subject for all. The computer lab is having latest computer hardware and software where the student starts learning from the fundamentals. The computer lab remains open till late hours under the watchful eyes of well-qualified instructors. Greater emphasis is laid on practical learning.

The institute is well equipped with LCD along with a computer installed in the Lecture Hall for use by the staff and students. The college also has Overhead Projectors, Audio Equipment, a VCD Player and Television, and other equipment that are often used in the teaching-learning process.
