It additionally has wealthy sources in regions of Social science, humanities, etc. Reference series of the library includes reference books, handbooks, encyclopedias, dictionaries, Atlases, autobiographies, syllabi, question papers of the University of Mumbai, NPTEL video lectures, and CDs.

NSS:

NSS is one of all types of initiatives taken together through the faculties throughout the country. Its motto is "Not Me But You" which ensures that college students participate in the well-being and social welfare of the community and it also aims at enhancing their personalities. NSS unit of A. P. Shah Institute of Technology started in 2019 with the strength of 50 student volunteers. The main objective of the NSS unit is to create social awareness & to give an opportunity to students to work with the community and organized "A Massive Awareness Campaign Against the Use of Plastic".

Placement:

The training and Placement department is dedicated to the proper placement of students. It advises students on career options and provides the latest information on training & employment opportunities. Objectives of the department- To organize campus recruitment for final year students in reputed companies, To facilitate companies for recruiting candidates as per their requirements, Create awareness amongst the students regarding various career options, To enhance students' employability by providing training in Aptitude & soft skills, Helping students for summer training/internship program, Bridging the gap between Industry and Academia through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, Corporate Meets & Industrial Visits, etc and Coordinating with various departments for imparting value-added industry skills. 

Admission

Admission is based on Passing with at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories and persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in an appropriate branch from Government approved Institution or its equivalent.
