This institute is one of the constituent units of the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune since the academic year 2005-06. Admission in Abhijit Kadam Institute of Management and Social Sciences 

A graduate with a bachelor's or Masters's Degree from any discipline who has passed with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% in the case of SC/ST candidates) from a recognized University. Final year appearing can also apply.

Candidate must appear for the Entrance Exam for MSW consisting of multiple choice questions on general Knowledge, Logical, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Current Affairs, and social aptitude followed by GD and personal interview.
