For conducting Aircraft Maintenance Engineering courses in India, according to the CAR-66 and CAR-147. This Civil Aviation Requirement was issued in accordance with Rule 61 & 133B of CAR-66 & CAR-147. It is derived from the Aircraft Act 1934 (XXII – 1934), passed by the Indian Parliament, Govt. India under the aircraft rules. The DGCA is a regulator that deals with all matters relating to Civil Aviation in India.
