Facilities and Infrastructure

Residential Accommodations:

Acharya Halls of Residence comprises 12 residences (05 for Boys and 07 for Girls), accommodating up to 1500 residents in single, double, and triple-bedded rooms. Common areas equipped with TV and newspapers are available, and residents can enjoy sports facilities, horse riding, and more. Well-managed laundry services are provided under the supervision of the Chief Warden and Deputy Warden, both faculty members of Acharya, supported by Managers and Supervisors. 

Library Facilities:

Acharya Learning Resource Centre spans over 36,000 square feet, offering an unparalleled learning experience. With a vast collection of over a hundred thousand e-resources and a digital portal for online access, the LRC provides an excellent environment for students. Open beyond class hours, it features ergonomic furniture, a vibrant atmosphere, well-lit spaces, and a cafeteria, ensuring a hassle-free borrowing process.

Classrooms Facilities:

Acharya & BM Reddy College Of Pharmacy boasts well-planned classrooms with digital facilities, creating a conducive environment for effective learning.

Transport Facilities:

Acharya operates a fleet of buses and shuttles for commuting to campus from various central locations in Bengaluru. Additionally, transportation facilities are available for off-campus events. The campus is well-connected to the city's public transport, including buses, metro, and trains.

Medical Facilities:

Acharya's emergency healthcare includes a nursing care unit, on-call doctors, a physiotherapy clinic, ambulances, and collaborations with nearby hospitals.  In addition to medical preparedness, students are encouraged to maintain their health through regular programs like yoga, meditation, and physical fitness activities.

Cafe/Mess Facility:

Acharya & BM Reddy College Of Pharmacy Dining halls feature highly mechanized kitchens with hygienic cooking infrastructure, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. The menu is decided monthly by the Mess Committee, comprising the Hostel Authority, the Mess Manager, and the Student Leaders. International students have the option to choose the existing mess facility or cook in a separate kitchen provided in the international student hostel.

Sports Facilities:

The institute offers various sports grounds and courts for football, volleyball, basketball, lawn tennis, throwball, handball, kho-kho, kabaddi, a 200-meter athletic track, and a stadium.  Indoor sports facilities include provisions for table tennis, chess, and carom. Students also have access to a fully-equipped gymnasium.
