Acharya Institutes is home to a centralized training department devoted to ensuring the delivery of high-quality training aimed at enhancing the employability of its students.  The placement department adopts the 'Assess, Develop, Assess, Customize' (ADAC) strategy, resulting in a notable improvement in the employable skills of students, as evidenced by an increase in the highest package offered to them.  Through comprehensive training in various domains, soft skills, and aptitude, the training department effectively addresses the holistic development of students, successfully bridging the gap between industry expectations and academic preparation.

Acharya & BM Reddy College Of Pharmacy Placement Cell meticulously monitors employment opportunities, coordinates campus recruitment interviews for final-year students, and facilitates internship opportunities for pre-final year students.  Initiating the placement process for pre-final semester students in June ensures their thorough preparation for various interview scenarios. Housed on the 3rd floor of the EDU building, the office acts as a central hub for all aspects of the placement process, encompassing understanding corporate needs, profiling students, competency enhancement, and fostering direct contact with corporate expectations.  This commitment spans the entire year, emphasizing significance and preparedness, with a unique single-window 'Pooled-Placement-Process' tailored to assist large recruiters.  The primary focus remains on enhancing competencies in both technical and soft skills to ensure 'Day-One' employability.
