Eligibility Must have passed or appeared (10 2) West Bengal State Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development State Examination (Specialist Education) (previously, Voykiningc I or equivalent year and additionally passed Traikiningc I or equivalent year). Incorporated ITI candidates are not eligible for VOCLET.
