The Adarsh Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Dhule is a registered Institution under The Societies Registration Act 1860 (Govt. Reg. No. MAH./2125 Dt. 23-8-1990) and the Public Trust Act, 1950 (Reg. No. F/2006 Dt. 18-12-1990) The Jurisdiction of activities of our institution is entire India. Adarsh Polytechnic College is a private college located in Dhule, Maharashtra. The college was established in 2014 and is affiliated to Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE). Adarsh Polytechnic College is under the Adarsh Group of Institutes and they have six other branches apart from the one in Dhule in different locations. 

The college mainly offers engineering diploma courses after the 10th class in various streams. All diploma courses have a maximum duration of three years. Various Engineering branches are Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Tele-Communication Engineering. Selection is based on the merit of the previous qualifying exam and on the score of CAP (Communication Aptitude Test).

The hostels are segregated between boys and girls. The rooms are spacious and the institute makes sure that all basic amenities are provided to the residents. The mess runs on a sharing system where all the residents of the hostel divide up the total cost of boarding each month.
