Adesh Polytechnic College was established in 1994 in Sri Muktsar Sahib City, Punjab. The college is a private institution founded by Adesh Foundation and approved by AICTE and PCI. The institute is affiliated to Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training.

The college has a well-established library which caters to the need of undergraduate and postgraduate students, research scholars and faculty. The library functions on an open-access system for faculty members and research scholars. But the students have only limited access. The library remains open from morning till night on all working days.

The college library has a collection of about 60000 books and 10000 bound volumes of journals. It subscribes to about 100 international journals in various disciplines of science, engineering and humanities. Hostel

Adesh Polytechnic provides excellent hostel facilities for students. gent's hostel and ladies' hostels are located on the campus itself so it makes easy access between college and students. The hostels and hostel facilities are of high quality and well-equipped. The boys hostel can accommodate 150 boys and girls hostel 225 girls respectively Members of the teaching staff are appointed as Resident Tutors in the hostel. The hostel system runs under the control of chief warden Rev. Fr. George Kunnamkot (Pro-Manager) and resident tutors. All the hostels have mess facilities for students. The mess is spacious, highly hygienic and elegant. The hostel complex for girls is managed by nuns. Internet and Computer Facilities are also available in the hostel.

Cafeteria

The growing bodies need proper sustenance to be healthy and to house healthy minds. We also understand their need for a healthy yet appealing diet. At the school cafeteria students are served with healthy food which manages a blend of flavour and nutrition. Comfortable seating in and around the cafeteria and an interesting bill of fare makes it the favourite haunt of the students.
