Aditya, the premier promoter of quality education in the coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh for the past two decades, leads various institutions ranging from K.G to P.G besides professional colleges like Engineering, Pharmacy, and Nursing. Sri Nallamilli Seshareddy as a founder chairman, promoted the educational society in the name and style of Aditya Academy at Kakinada in the year 1984, with a vision and mission to create a platform for holistic growth and success for students at all levels.

Both the boy's and girls' hostel is located on the campus and is very close to the academic complex. These make up a total of a massive 81000+ volumes, with nearly 7500+ prominent titles.

Securing fourteen successive Intercollegiate athletics championships from the affiliating university speaks volumes of Aditya’s commitment to delivering sporting excellence besides high academic standards. The institute treats athletics and extracurricular activities as essential components by integrating them on par with academics to enhance the holistic development of students. Demonstrating the sporting spirit, six specially trained coached and physical directors including exclusive female physical directors for girls render systematic training with which the college has been winning laurels in sports and games in intramural and Inter-University Competitions and open tournaments.

Separate canteens are run for North Indians and South Indians. Both canteens can conveniently accommodate 300 students at a time. The canteens are provided with state-of-the-art cooking facilities with RO water.

Placements

At Aditya, we believe employability is more than a skill; it is an attitude, it is a practice. So, we instill this attitude through continuous training in learning skills, behavioral skills, and life skills in addition to aptitude and communication skills. And this training starts in the first year of engineering itself. Specific Campus Recruitment Training programs are conducted in the third year, with an emphasis on problem-solving, critical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork.
