AACE Facilities' primary purpose of the college library is to collect, organize, and disseminate information to meet the educational, professional, and recreational needs of students, professors, and other college employees. Established in 1982, the library is spacious enough to accommodate a hundred students at a time. The library is fully computerized and even the library holdings are labeled with barcodes.

The library maintains a balanced heritage of over 19,000 books of various genres, as well as subscriptions to newspapers and magazines. The library holdings also include several textbooks, pamphlets, reports of small research projects, old volumes of journals, etc. The library also facilitates access to many e-books and journals through its institutional membership of INFLIBNET, DELNET, and the British Council Library. The library operates on an open-access system and the books are conveniently classified using the Dewey Decimal Classification System.

Ladies Hostel Facilities at (AACE), Ernakulam

AACE offers a hostel facility to female students with a capacity to admit 100 students. The facilities are provided in such a way to look after the educational, social, and recreational needs of the students. The safety and security of the students are ensured by a live–in warden and security personnel. The daily activities of the hostel are taken care of by the warden while the decisions regarding administration matters are taken by the Hostel Administrator, who is a regular lady faculty of the college. Well-furnished rooms, a peaceful study area, a spacious dining Hall, a facility for indoor games, and Computers with an Internet facility are the main features of the hostel.

Sports And Games Facilities at (AACE), Ernakulam

AACE Sports Facilities has infrastructural facilities to carry out indoor as well as outdoor games. The spacious ground is available for outdoor games such as Football, Kabaddi, Kho-kho, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, etc. and a recreation room is available for indoor games like – Chess, Caroms, and Table Tennis. The institution has a practice of organizing/participating in Inter-departmental, Inter-Collegiate, and Inter-University tournaments. The fully equipped gymnasium is available on campus. Facilities available in the gymnasium are adjustable bench presses and dumbbells, chromium plates, barbell rods, and plates. Football stadiums and basketball arenas now must be complemented by practice facilities, and professionally qualified trainers. The facilities for sports, games, and cultural activities are efficiently utilized by students for various events like the Annual Day and Sports Week. The usage for the same is monitored.

To cater to the traveling needs of the staff and students, a college bus facility is made available. Currently, we have four bus routes and they operate between Perumbavoor, Ernakulam, Paravur, and Tripunithura.

Meals, tea, and snacks along with other variety dishes are the major attraction of the canteen. Delicious food is supplied at a concessional rate to the students without any compromise on the quality. Canteens play a significant role in a student’s life as they provide an open platform for debate, argumentative sessions, and loads of fun, cultural, and sports gatherings all of which develop caring and sharing skills among the students and bring them closer.
