Established in 1979, the Al-Ameen Education Trust, Kochi, supports the principles of the parenting movement in the educational institutions it operates in Kerala. Al-Ameen College, Edathala has humble beginnings as a junior college with five pre-graduate lots on November 17, 1981, in the peaceful circumnavigation of the Edathala Grama-Panchayat rural area encompassing 25 acres of land.
