Topography:

The campus of the Apollo Hospitals Educational Trust is located at Ayanambakkam on a vast area of 13 acres of land accommodating three units namely the Apollo Institute of Hospital Management and Allied Sciences, College of Nursing, and School of Nursing. There is an exclusive block for AIHMAS within the campus. The facilities included in the campus are a library, play area, hostel, parking facilities, mess, etc. The classrooms are very spacious and well-ventilated. There is an exclusive seminar hall for management students. The campus is environment-friendly with well-maintained gardens and lawns.

Cafe/Mess Facility:

Mess facilities are available with a well-maintained dining hall adjacent to the hostel. Vegetarian/non-vegetarian meals are prepared hygienically. A good drinking water supply is provided. The hostel residents are encouraged to take active participation in menu planning and other menu-related matters. The mess committee has a due representation of the students also.

AIHMAS was created by Apollo Hospitals Enterprises ltd. represented by Mrs. Preetha Reddy, Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals, Chennai on 26.06.1996. A board of trustees runs the trust.
